The Barrington, NJ, Volunteer Fire Department, in Camden County, recently took delivery of an Aerialscope remounted on a 2016 Pierce Arrow XT cab and chassis. The 95-foot Aerialscope was originally on a Mack CF stationed in East Islip, NY. It was placed on to a Pierce chassis with a four-door, six-occupant, climate-controlled, flat roof cab powered by a Detroit Diesel DD13 engine and an Allison 4000EVS transmission. It's also equipped with a Harrison 10,000-watt hydraulic generator, in-cab EMS boxes, Kussmaul auto eject battery conditioner and a Hannay electric reel. It's also equipped with slide out tool trays, saws, fans, tarps, forcible entry tools, rear-facing camera, front FRC LED brow light, Federal Q2B mechanical siren, and a Whelen E-2 electronic siren. It was sold through Fire & Safety Services, Piscataway, NJ, by salesman Ed Miller.
