On This Month's Cover:

Detroit, Michigan, Engine 42, a Seagrave pumper, Ladder 22, a Seagrave rear-mounted aerial and Ladder 17, a Sutphen elevating platform operate at an early morning two-alarm fire. The fire involved apartments located above ground floor stores and killed two occupants. A total of five engines, four ladders, two squads and four chiefs responded to the fire which occurred on May 20, 1993.
