Eric Hellstrom is a battalion chief over Marine Rescue for St. Johns County Fire Rescue in St. Augustine, FL. He holds a bachelor's degree in fire administration from Columbia Southern University and a master's degree in emergency and disaster management from American Military University. Hellstrom is a graduate of the National Fire Academy's Managing Officer Program and currently is enrolled in the Executive Fire Officer Program. He serves on multiple boards and committees, addressing water/marine safety throughout the state of Florida
