Jeremy Mathis has 22 years of fire service experience. For the past 18 years, he has worked for the Covington, GA, Fire Department, where he currently serves as a captain. He holds an associate degree in fire science and is working to obtain his bachelor's degree in fire administration. In December 2019, he was designated as a Fire Officer by the Center for Public Safety Excellence, and he recently was named the director of training for FAST Rescue Solutions of Bridgeport, PA.
