Industry Leader Ziamatic Corp. Makes Additions to its New Sales Division
Yardley, PA, March 20th - Ziamatic recently recruited Michael Guzman as its new Director of Sales and Frank Johns as its new Regional Sales Manager for New England and New York state.
Michael is based in Carrollton, Virginia and comes to Ziamatic after more than nine years of experience as VP of Ambulance Sales for Atlantic Emergency Solutions. Frank is based in Waterbury, Connecticut and arrives at his new position after 19 years as Outside Equipment, Apparatus Sales Representative for MES-Shipman’s Fire Equipment.

In the industry, Mike Adams is a notable figure and maven in his own right and was instrumental in the creation of these two new positions. Mike Adams will continue in his role as the Executive Vice President.
Michael Guzman is relishing the opportunity to help drive sales at Ziamatic, an industry leader in the production of firefighting and EMS safety equipment.
“I'm excited to take this next step in my career as the Director of Sales at Ziamatic and help create and grow a dynamic sales force that will showcase over 50 years of leading product excellence in the industry,” he said.
Prior to his stint at Atlantic Emergency Solutions, Michael was Sales Manager, Regional Account Manager, and Director of Sales with Kussmaul Electronics.
“During my 15 years with Kussmaul Electronics I gained valuable knowledge about the complexities of truck components within the fire and rescue industry working directly with OEMs, dealers and end-users across the country,” he said. “Additionally, nine years with Atlantic Emergency Solutions as their VP of Ambulance Sales afforded me an even more in-depth grasp of the truck building process.”
Michael also has obtained degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Applied Mathematics and Secondary Education. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years and his two teenage boys.
Frank Johns joins Ziamatic as Regional Sales Manager for New England and New York State and has an extensive career in the fire equipment and apparatus industry. Frank began his career as a volunteer firefighter in Watertown, Connecticut and worked for the Gowans-Knight Company, a local fire apparatus builder and equipment distributor for fifteen years in equipment and apparatus sales. He then worked for Shipman’s Fire Equipment Company, in Waterford, Connecticut as a fire equipment sales specialist, where he was also involved with fire apparatus sales. Shipman’s Fire Equipment was purchased by Municipal Emergency Services (MES) in 2021, and after 19 plus years with MES/Shipman’s Fire Equipment, Frank joined Ziamatic.
“I am excited to work for Ziamatic, a well-known company whose products are highly respected in the fire industry,” he said. “I am looking forward to working with fire departments and customers I have worked with in the past. I am also interested in establishing new professional relationships within my sales area.”
Frank enjoys spending his free time with his wife Peggy of 22 years.
Both hires are effective immediately.
