Indiana Fire Truck Hits Sinkhole, Rolls Over
Two Hebron firefighters were injured Friday when their fire truck hit a sinkhole and rolled over, according to The Times.They were responding to a 25-acre wheat field fire at 8960 East 157th Avenue around 4:40 p.m. when they hit the five-foot sinkhole hidden by weeds, Fire Chief Chad Franzman told the newspaper.The truck carrying 300 gallons of water rolled on its side, and the two firefighters who were wearing seat belts sustained only minor injuries.
