FFs among Five Injured in TX Apparatus Wreck

Three Dallas firefighters and two civilians were hospitalized Wednesday morning after a collision involving a fire engine and a rental truck.

Three Dallas Fire-Rescue members and two others were injured when a rental truck hit a fire engine early Wednesday in east Oak Cliff.

The accident happened around 4:15 a.m. at East Kiest Boulevard and South Beckley Avenue, police said. 

The driver of the truck and a passenger were also taken to hospitals. None of the injuries were life-threatening, police said.
