Two people were injured Wednesday in a rollover accident involving a Maryland fire department vehicle.
The crash between a Frederick County Fire and Rescue unit and another vehicle happened just before 12:30 p.m., according to the department. The front of the fire department vehicle was heavily damaged, and the other vehicle was rolled on its side.
Two people were taken to the hospital for evaluation, and their injuries weren't considered life-threatening, the department added. The accident is currently under investigation.
