    THE YOUNGSTOWN, PA, VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT has taken delivery of a Darley/Dodge all-wheel-drive quick-attack unit equipped with a 305-hp Cummins engine, 250-gpm Darley pump, 300 gallon water tank with 25 gallon foam tank, FoamPro 2001 foam system, Elkhart Sidewinder bumper turret and eight-kilowatt Harrison generator.
