Wreck Involving Philadelphia Ladder Truck, Car Leaves Woman Dead

The man driving the car that pulled into the path of the responding rig was seriously injured.

A woman is dead and a man is critical after their vehicle and a Philadelphia ladder truck collided over the weekend.

The truck was responding to a call when a car veered into its path, according to Fox29.

After the collision, the car hit an unoccupied parked vehicle.

The 29-year-old man driving the car remains in critical condition. His passenger, 23, died of her injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
