CA Crew Helps Decorate after Ladder Tumble

Riverside firefighters who responded to a home after a man fell off a ladder while decorating for Christmas helped the victim finish putting up lights.
The victim’s daughter shared photos of the encounter on Facebook Monday and said the firefighters were “incredibly thoughtful” and “super cool.”
“These guys truly went above and beyond for my dad and my family,” Lea Lujan wrote on Facebook.
She said the firefighters responded “promptly” and assessed her father’s injuries before they finished hanging the lights the victim was putting up.
Photos show one of the responders on the ladder, and the other helping out.
“We are very fortunate here in Riverside to have such great firefighters, police officers and other first responders,” Lujan wrote.
