Fire Training Certification Program Seeks New Courses
The Fire Training Certification Program has some exciting announcements to share.
Fire TCP is happy to announce that the first versions of the rubrics for course evaluation has been completed, and we are now accepting courses for consideration. You can review the rubrics at http://firetcp.org/certify-my-course/. Please keep in mind that the rubrics are living documents and will be periodically updated.
In order to submit your course, you will need to be a member of FirstForward®. Please visit FirstForward.com to create your free account. If you have any questions about creating your account, email [email protected].
In order to evaluate courses efficiently, we would also like to increase the number of subject matter experts reviewing content. If you or someone you know would like to be considered for this important role, please apply here: http://firetcp.org/reviewers/. If you have any questions, please email [email protected]
We plan to have approved courses available in the next 30-45 days. You will be able to access these courses on FirstForward.com, so get your account ready!
We have updated our FAQ with some of the questions that came in during the Fire TCP live broadcast. We didn't have the opportunity to answer all of them live, but you can find answers at firetcp.org/faqs/. Thank you again for your participation in the event.
