Harrison Hires Senior Design Coordinator for Mobile Power Technology Projects
[HOUSTON, TEXAS, June 2022 —] Harrison Hydra-Gen is pleased to announce the hiring of Tanner Jacob as Senior Design Coordinator.
Jacob brings over 17 years of fleet management, shift captain Paramedic, and 9 years of ambulance design/sales experience to the Harrison Team. His depth and breadth of idle mitigation systems knowledge within the emergency services environment will be an outstanding asset for Harrison’s customers.
Tanner says,” My hope is we will be able to design around common misunderstandings of how the vehicles are actually used, and make the system seamlessly integrate into how each department uses their vehicle. Our goal is to make the system autonomous without requiring input from the user, thus making the system as close to normal as the non-idle mitigated units in the customers fleet. I’m beyond excited to have an opportunity to help coordinate the continued development of our hPower systems and remain committed to constantly innovate, becoming better for emergency responders.”
He has been named a Senior Design Coordinator at Harrison and will be an integral part of the team working on our hPower Battery Idle Reduction Systems as well as the development of new mobile power technology projects. When not developing safer and more efficient idle reduction technology, Jacob spends his time with his wife and three young sons.
Harrison Hydra-Gen President, Richard Otwell, says of Tanner’s hiring,” We are excited to have Tanner join the team and look forward to the innovation he will bring to our hPower systems.”
