A Boston firefighter who was injured battling a January fire has dismissed his negligence lawsuit against a dentist who lost his son in the blaze.
The unique Massachusetts law that allows firefighters to sue if they are hurt in the line of duty is rarely acted upon, according to CBS Boston.
