Ontario House Fire Claims Mom, Two Daughters

The cause of the Oshawa house fire remains under investigation.

A fire that claimed a mother and two daughters in Oshawa remains under investigation.

Sigalit Bresca, 12, died of her injuries on Monday while her mother, Vivian, 46, and sister, Ayelet, 9, died shortly after the fire last week, cp24 reported, adding that Josef Bresca, the husband and father, is expected to survive.

Seven police officers were treaed for smoke inhalation.

The fire marshal is investigating to determine the cause of the fire. No foul play is suspected.
