Calif. Crews Battle Large Three-Alarm Store Fire

-- Nov. 07--SACRAMENTO COUNTY -- The Sacramento Metro Fire Department is working to put out a three-alarm fire at Tuesday Morning store in Citrus Heights that has spread to a neighboring business. The fire started just after 4 p.m. Monday, no injuries have been reported so far, but we are told by officials that the entire roof has collapsed. Officials also say, all of the merchandise inside Tuesday Morning is making it difficult for firefighters to put the fire out.

Nov. 07--SACRAMENTO COUNTY -- The Sacramento Metro Fire Department is working to put out a three-alarm fire at Tuesday Morning store in Citrus Heights that has spread to a neighboring business.

The fire started just after 4 p.m. Monday, no injuries have been reported so far, but we are told by officials that the entire roof has collapsed. Officials also say, all of the merchandise inside Tuesday Morning is making it difficult for firefighters to put the fire out.

The fire has spread to the Hoss Lee Academy Salon and Spa, where were being told, the roof has also collapsed.

People inside the buildings say an electrical issue inside the stock room of Tuesday Morning may have started the fire, but officials have yet to confirm this.

Tuesday Morning is located on Sunrise Boulevard near Greenback Lane. A traffic alert has been issued by the Citrus heights Police Department for this area, people are urged to take alternative routes if possible.
