Fire Destroys Pa. Elephant Museum

ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. -- Fire destroyed an Adams County business early Tuesday morning. Firefighters said when they arrived at Mr. Ed's Elephant Museum on Chambersburg Road in Franklin Township flames were already shooting through the roof. Most of the collectibles were destroyed and the building is a total loss. A state police fire marshal will be at scene Tuesday morning to investigate the cause.

Fire destroyed an Adams County business early Tuesday morning.

Firefighters said when they arrived at Mr. Ed's Elephant Museum on Chambersburg Road in Franklin Township flames were already shooting through the roof.

Most of the collectibles were destroyed and the building is a total loss.

A state police fire marshal will be at scene Tuesday morning to investigate the cause.
