Dan Kramer
Dan Kramer is the assistant fire chief of the Schertz, TX, Fire Department and an 18-year public servant. Kramer served as both a volunteer firefighter and a career firefighter. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in emergency management administration from West Texas A&M University. Kramer is a graduate of the Texas A&M Fire Service Chief Executive Officer program and is a designated Certified Fire Executive through the Texas Fire Chiefs Association. He was appointed to serve on the Hazardous Materials Committee for the International Association of Fire Chiefs. Kramer works as an educator for San Antonio College. He is pursuing his PhD in fire and emergency management from Oklahoma State University. Kramer is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
