David Brosnahan
David Brosnahan is the fire chief of the Roseville, MN, Fire Department (RFD). He previously served as a firefighter, lieutenant, battalion chief and assistant chief of the department in his 22 years in the fire service. Brosnahan served as an adjunct instructor at Hennepin Technical College and a Blue Card instructor and is a member of several state and regional education and legislative committees. He has been integral in the transition of the RFD to a fully career and ALS department. Brosnahan holds a bachelor’s degree from Hamline University in journalism and communications as well as a graduate certificate in emergency planning from the University of Minnesota.
