4th Annual Firefighter Cook-Off and Fundraiser

On Wednesday October 20^th 2010 the New York City Fire Museum will host its 4^th Annual Firehouse Tasting and Cook-Off Fundraiser in Engine 30’s old quarters in Soho.  All are welcome to join us for a fun filled night that includes firehouse chow from FDNY chefs, an open bar with wine and beer, a 50/50, raffle and great door prizes.  Firefighter chefs will battle it out for the title of Best FDNY Chef.  Author and Emmy-winner Ted Allen, Mr. Chocolate Jacques Torres, and author and firefighter Keith Young will judge the event.  All proceeds go toward creating a new Marine exhibit.
