A truck fire in New London, N.H., left two construction workers with third -degree burns.
Fire authorities said the three-man team was spraying foam insulation into a house on Route 103-A when their truck caught fire.
Two gasoline cans were in the back and two construction motors were running at the time, authorities said.
One man was also in the back when it happened.
The two others jumped in to move the truck away from the home. The truck was totally engulfed in flames and the house was saved, authorities said.
"The fire spread extremely rapidly," said New London Fire Department Chief Peter Stanley. "Cans of gas exploded. What happens is when they spray this foam they have to mix components in the truck itself and then pump it up to the house where it's sprayed onto the walls."
The two workers with severe burns were flown to a burn center in Massachusetts for treatment.
