Investigators say it will take a couple of days to determine what caused a three-alarm fire at a Dallas nightclub.

The fire broke out in a shopping center at Gannon and Westmoreland near Southwest Center Mall early Sunday morning.

The fire destroyed a private nightclub called Coached Corner, a staple in the neighborhood for the past 14 years.

"It's a well-known place, everybody is like family up in there. Everybody knows each other, no problems, no fights, nothing like that," said patron Jock Franklin.

Firefighters contained the fire to the club, but nearby businesses also sustained smoke and water damage.

Investigators determined the fire did an estimated $150,000 in damage.
