December 5, 2005 -- The firefighter who fractured his skull in a fall from his rig was more responsive but remained in critical condition yesterday, officials said. Joseph Moore, 26, was hurt Friday after tumbling from his Ladder Co. 13 truck on a fire call to the Upper East Side.
