All were treated and released.

Three firefighters suffered minor injuries while battling a business fire on Wednesday night.

Someone driving by noticed smoke coming from B and R Heating and Air at about 10:30 p.m.

Firefighters had difficulty getting into the building because of a large electrical box that sparked near some water.

One of the firefighters became disoriented on the second floor of the building and had to escape out of a second-floor window.

"He actually had second-degree burns on his hands and some burns on his legs," said Stephanie Martindale of the Brownsburg Fire Department.

That firefighter was taken to Wishard Hospital, where he was treated and released. Two other firefighters were taken to another hospital, where they were also treated and released.

Investigators are working to determine how the fire began.
