Two people are dead after an early-morning house fire in Omaha.

Fire crews were called to a 7409 N. 42nd St. near Hanover just before 5 a.m.

Four children and their mother made it out. Fire officials at the scene told KETV NewsWatch 7 that there were seven people inside the home when the fire broke out.

Fire crews responded to the fire at 5 a.m. and remain at the scene.
