Indiana Husband Arrested In Fatal Arson Case; Fire Killed Wife and Son

Investigators suspect Mr. Delph started the fire that killed his wife and son by spreading accelerant all around the house.
Anderson police have made an arrest in connection with an arson fire that killed a mother and son. Officers picked up David Delph Monday afternoon.

Their 9-year old son Josh and his wife, 41-year old Robynn, died in the May 17th fire. Investigators suspect Mr. Delph started the fire by spreading accelerant all around the house.

Delph is in the Madison County jail charged with two counts of murder and one count of arson.
