Fake 911 Calls Bring Arrest in Utah

A 19-year-old Midvale man allegedly stole two cell phones and used them to make a series of erroneous 911 calls, including a bomb threat and a report of a man shot in the stomach, according to charges filed Tuesday in 3rd District Court.
