DALLAS -- Dallas firefighters are currently battling a four-alarm fire at the Schepps Dairy plant.

It is not yet known what sparked the blaze at the Dolphin Road and Haskell facility, or how much damage the fire has caused.

However, Chopper 5 captured tall plumes of smoke billowing from the plant, as well as a large hole in the roof, as fire crews worked to snuff out the flames.

According to the company's Web site, the Dallas facility is one of the largest milk production plants in the country, producing more than 5.5 million gallons of milk per month.

The dairy reportedly serves more than 1,500 convenience stores, 400 supermarkets and 5,000 food-related businesses in Texas.
