A Baltimore County ladder truck was involved in a crash while responding to a call Monday afternoon.
The ladder truck from Baltimore County Fire Department No. 1 was driving in the left lane near the corner of Osler Drive and Auburn Drive in Towson at approximately 2:27 p.m. when the collision occurred, county emergency services spokeswoman Louise Rogers-Fehrer told The Baltimore Sun.
The driver of a red Mitsubishi Mirage made a U-turn from the right lane and was struck by fire apparatus.
Firefighter extricated the driver, who was conscious and transported to Sinai hospital.
No addition details on the crash or damage to the ladder truck were available.
