Fire and rescue personnel are accustom to being called for unusual incidents.
And, a D.C. rescue crew responded to one of those Thursday.
The call came from a fellow EMS crew who couldn't get the ambulance doors open to unload a patient at Howard University Hospital, according to WJLA.com.
The patient, who had been hurt in a crash, was removed after the crew managed to open the doors.
