Rosenbauer America, LLC in Lyons, SD, is excited to announce that it has hired a new Government Sales Manager, Consortium Purchasing Manager, and National Sales Manager.
George Bergamini has taken the position of Government Sales Manager for Rosenbauer America. Bergamini began his firefighting career in 1978 with the US Navy. Following his enlistment, Bergamini entered the federal fire service at Naval Station Norfolk. He quickly rose through the ranks from lieutenant to supervisory captain, working in various fields of the fire service including structural, shipboard, aircraft, and technical rescue. After 27 years with the navy, Bergamini transferred to the Coast Guard to assume the position of Assistant Chief of Operations at Air Station in Elizabeth City, NC. After federal retirement, he accepted the position of Fire Chief in Newport, NC, furthering his experience in firefighting service. Then, in October of 2015, he joined the Rosenbauer family and has quickly learned the business fundamentals.
Donley Frederickson, who served as the National Sales Manager for the past 25 years, has moved into the position of Consortium Purchasing Manager. Frederickson first began his career with Rosenbauer nearly 33 years ago as its first employee in production and sales. As the company grew, so did Frederickson’s position in the company to the National Sales Manager. He was put in charge of overseeing 35 dealerships in the United States and Canada, as well as organizing the industry tradeshows in which Rosenbauer participated. In his new position, Frederickson will work with different co-ops and the dealer network to help simplify the purchasing process for Rosenbauer customers.
Dave Reichman assumed the role of National Sales Manager on January 1, 2016, after previously serving as the Northeast Regional Manager for Rosenbauer. Reichman has a strong background of 27 years in the fire industry, most of which he served as a Regional Sales Manager. Reichman excels at relationship-building, sales strategy, and customer satisfaction, among others, and will be a great asset to have as the National Sales Manager.
