Center for Public Safety Excellence Releases Fire Industry Survey
CHANTILLY, Va.—The Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE), a not-for-profit organization committed to leading the fire and emergency service to excellence, announced the release of a new programmatic and opinion survey. The initiative will garner valuable industry insight to assess the impact of current accreditation and credentialing efforts and identify new ways that CPSE can help advance the profession.
Fire service and local government professionals are encouraged to participate in the effort by completing an online survey available now through September 20, 2019. Input is welcome from every personnel level—from firefighters to leadership—to gather feedback representative of diverse perspectives and experiences worldwide.
“As an organization that continually monitors our operations and industry trends to ensure programs remain contemporary, CPSE embraces fresh approaches to help achieve our mission,” said Preet Bassi, CPSE CEO. “This survey is a collaborative and inclusive way to better understand how we can create a lasting impact for dedicated fire service professionals and the communities they serve.”
Sponsored by CPSE, the survey will contain multiple choice and open-ended question sets that will prompt feedback on topic areas including accreditation, credentialing, education and quality improvement in the fire service industry. Participants will have the opportunity to enter a drawing that will give away five $100 Amazon gift cards.
