PG&E will plead guilty to 84 counts of involuntary manslaughter and one count of unlawfully causing a fire following the 2018 Camp Fire that ravaged Butte County.
 
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited two companies for health and safety violations stemming from a September explosion that killed Farmington Fire Capt. Michael Bell.
