Earlier this week, a Baltimore City Council member proposed the Firefighter Safety Act that would prohibit firefighter's from entering vacant buildings, require them to wear body cameras and limit vehicle speeds during responses. 

A Highland Hose Company firefighter in Tarentum, PA, had their feet trapped in an aerial ladder, and had to be freed by fellow firefighters.
