SAINT-PLACIDE, QUEBEC, OCT. 5, 2013 – An early-morning fire destroyed a residence. First-arriving units found the house fully involved and reports stated an occupant was possibly still inside. Firefighters requested assistance from St-Andre d’Argenteuil and Oka for tanker trucks. Twenty firefighters battled the blaze. Early the next morning, while firefighters were still on the scene with the investigators, a body was discovered inside the residence.
