"Fireground Search and Rescue" Monroe Fire School

This 2 day hands-on interactive program involves many precarious actions that need to be taken involving civilian searches as well as fireground firefighter rescue and survival. Areas to be covered over the 2 day program are personnel size-up, zero visibility search techniques both residential and large area, firefighter rescues, aggressive primary searches, air management, victim drags and carries, thermal imaging and rope assisted search procedures(RASP).
