Historic Building Burning in Los Angeles

It's the second time since August that the Pacific Dining Car Restaurant has caught fire.

The Pacific Dining Car Restaurant went up in flames Thursday morning -- again.

The historic buildin the Westlake District was damaged by fire in August, KCAL reported.

Heavy fire and smoke were showing when crews got to a vacant two-story office building. The flames had spread to the restaurant.

The cause is under investigation.
