A Tennessee firefighter was injured while battling a residential blaze Tuesday.
The fire broke out at about 2:30 p.m. at a home Murfreesboro, the department said in an online update. Flames and smoke could be seen when crews reached the scene, and they were able to quickly get the fire under control.
One firefighter suffered minor injuries during the call and was taken to the hospital. The first responder was evaluated and released shortly after, the department said.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the department's fire marshal's office.
