March 22, 2022
The Coeur d’Alene Fire Department is looking for community input to help name their new training dummies.

The Coeur d’Alene Fire Department has recently acquired new water rescue training dummies and is looking for community suggestions to name its newest team members.

On their Facebook page, the Coeur d’Alene Fire Department posted pictures of the new dummies and asked for help picking out names.

The two dummies, one child size, the other adult size, will be used by fire crews to simulate victims needing rescue.

One of the most liked suggestions on their Facebook page is “Rescue Mia and Anita Rescue” submitted by Tony York.
