TN Women Killed in House Fire

Two women perished in a house fire in Memphis Monday.

Firefighters found heavy fire conditions and learned there were people trapped.

"Our firefighters successfully rescued two females from the home, both of whom were transported in critical condition to Regional One Burn," officers wrote on the department's Facebook page. 

Both victims died in the fire that remains under investigation.
