Two West Virginia firefighters were rescued late Wednesday after they were trapped in a burning structure.
Crews from multiple departments responded to a fire that started just before 9:30 p.m. in Boothsville in Marion County, WBOY-TV reports. It's not clear how the firefighters became trapped while battling the blaze, and a helicopter rescue crew had been alerted.
Three people were taken to the hospital following the fire. It's not known if the firefighters were among those transported.
At around 3 a.m. Thursday, the fire had reignited into a fully involved working fire, WBOY added.
