"It was a very stubborn fire."

Over 200 FDNY firefighters and EMS crews responded to the fire, which was contained in two hours.

it went up to a 5- alarm assignment which is over 200 FDNY fire and EMS members. As of now the fire is under control. Three civilians and nine Firefighters suffered non-life-threatening injuries,” said  from the scene of today's 5-alarm fire at 96 Boerum Place in Brooklyn.
