A truck driver was decapitated Thursday when he was hit by a car as he was loading an 18-wheeler along a Houseton highway.
The rig was parked on a feeder road of I-45 as the driver was working to load equipment, according to ABC13.
The car drove up onto and off the trailer and struck the driver who was standing next to the truck, according to Harris County Sheriff's Office.
The driver of the car was transported for treatment.
Deputies are investigating to determine if alcohol or drugs were involved.
