The gas-fed fire in the metal recycling complex intensified as the line couldn't be shut off right way, firefighters said.

Chicago firefighters battled two gas-fed warehouse fires that burned for several hours.

The flames intensified as the gas could not be shut off right away, ABC7 reported.

By Sunday morning, at least two large walls at the metal recycling facility collapsed, making the debris and destruction more visible.

No injuries were reported.

The cause remains under investigation.
