Two Killed in Somerset, CA, Mobile Home Fire

Two people in Somerset are dead after a mobile home fire broke out early New Year's morning.

Firefighters determined four of the six people who lived in the residence managed to escape. But, two didn't. 

Conditions prevented firefighters from entering the structure. After the fire was controlled,  crews found the bodies inside, Pioneer Fire Protection District Chief David Whitt told abc10. 

The cause of the El Dorado County fire remains under investigation.
