Tesla dealerships and cars have been targeted across the country related to backlash over DOGE head Elon Musk's position with the federal government.

A Tigard, OR, Tesla dealership was hit with gunfire. The dealership itself, along with several vehicles, were damaged.

Tesla Takedown organizer Evan Sutton said they are trying to "send a clear message to Musk and to Donald Trump" to make them more affordable.

"One of my closest friends is a firefighters and putting out an electric vehicle fire is very dangerous," Sutton told the station. "So, when you get a fire on a Cybertruck, you're putting the firefighters that have to respond in danger and you're not doing Elon Musk any harm."
