The Rapid Intervention Crew (RIC) is an important component within the management of any incident. Readers will learn why they shouldn't take this vital resource for granted.

The drill is designed to be a single page of information to conjure up discussions among your crew members. Sit down and talk about the exercises, and how they may apply to your company. But, just don't read them. Get moving. Head to an appropriate area and train.

Post the information in prominent places in your stations so it's readily available for review.
