Funeral services were held recently for a firefighter who died on duty in his station at Hurlburt Field in Florida.
On Oct. 5, Capt. Adam W. Hart, 38, was found unresponsive on the floor inside his bunkroom at the station on the Air Force base.
Fire and EMS personnel performed CPR on Hart but he could not be revived, and was pronounced dead about an hour later, according to the U.S. Fire Administration.
The cause of his death has yet to be determined.
He was on a 48-hour shift when he died.
Hart was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
