NEW BERLIN, WI-- Former Director of Research & Business Development for LION Apparel, Tom S. Martin has accepted the newly created position of Vice President of Operations for Paul Conway Shields & Equipment effective September 1, 2013.
He served as the Director of Research & Business Development of LION, headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, and arrives at Paul Conway Shields with more than 13 years at LION.
Tom is no stranger to the Paul Conway Shields & Equipment family, as he served for three years as Chief Information Officer of Paul Conway Helmets prior to it being sold to LION. His experience is enhanced by his formal education in business administration and computer science.
As Vice President of Operations, Tom will be responsible for the overall leadership of the production, sales and office areas helping with strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, labor and material efficiency, customer service, technology, and overall staff development.
