A Dallas firefighter suffered a minor injury Wednesday when a rig was struck by a vehicle at a crash scene.
The engine was parked on Robert B. Cullum Boulevard at the scene of a vehicle collision when it was struck in the rear.
The driver of the striking vehicle was ejected and suffered serious injuries, Jason Evans, Dallas Fire Rescue public information officer, wrote in a statement.
The firefighter also was transported for treatment of minor injuries.
Dallas Police are investigating.
